Sorcerer Barman Tris

Now for those of you that have frequented our Bar, you will recognise this seemingly innocent bar man, and it is to you that we apologise.

This is no ordinary man, this is a sorcerer, he is no ordinary sorcerer, he is the most dangerous of men, he will get you in significant trouble with your better halves..... and he serves you cold alcoholic beverages! "this can not be true" we hear you cry, but yes, this magical being will make you have to buy flowers, and chocolates, and grovel to your spouses.

We feel a duty of care to explain his magical powers, and prepare you for your next visit to us.

There is some tardis like spell on our club house, and we can not be sure, but we believe that Tris is the root of this phenomenon. We have been monitoring closely, and have come to a unanimous agreement, there can be no other explanation.

Many a time we greet our visitors, "come in, Stay for a drink" and quite often we get a reply to the effect of "I can only stay for a bit, or else the missus will kill me" This is when he starts his voodoo like powers.

The time seems innocent enough, as frequent phone checks reveal a perfectly normal ticking of time, 8pm, 8.30, 9.30pm all going very normal and unsuspicious, 10.30, 11, again no suspicion alerted. 11.30, MIDNIGHT, This is when his powers come in to force, we can not be sure, but some how he manages to vacuum the next few hours out of existence and POOF they are no more, before you know it, a seemingly 10 minute check reveals its 4am.....or worse.

Whether its a beer, or a coffee that you stay for, he does not discriminate his powers. We have yet to identify the phrase that triggers him to begin his magic, or whether its simply the sound of a phone ringing, when answered with the phrase "yes love I'm just leaving" but you should be warned, there is no escaping.

We recently decided, that we must know the truth, and had one of his beard hairs sent to mama phoenix herself, who has confirmed that the unnaturally silky smooth beard that adorns this wizards face, possess dark and mysterious powers. There is no way to resist, so we would like to offer you these words or wisdom.

2 - Do not touch the beard

3 - Do not even think about the beard

4 - And for goodness sake, do not promise to be home before midnight when you visit us, there is no escape.
